The main ingredient is minced meat. You can buy it in a store or cook it yourself from pork, chicken, beef. In this recipe for minced schnitzel, it is better to use pork, it is more juicy, because contains layers of fat.
Add a little milk to soften the taste of the meat. Also add your favorite seasonings to the minced meat, for example, paprika, black pepper, dried basil, oregano.
Cooking minced schnitzel is similar to chop cooking technology. Therefore, we will make an egg batter, to which you can also add various seasonings. And for a crispy crust, we will use bread crumbs.

Step-by-step preparation of minced schnitzel
1. Before preparing minced schnitzel, season the minced meat with spices. We also add milk. Knead well with your hands. Then we put the minced meat in our hand and throw it into a plate to beat it off a little. This will produce a smooth and uniform mixture.
2. Beat the egg separately with a little milk. We use a whisk for this to speed up the process.

4. Then we bread in croutons so that they cover the entire surface.
5. Before making minced schnitzel, heat the pan well with butter. We spread the workpiece, reduce the heat and fry until golden. Turn over and bring to readiness.
