  • If the meat is lean, after laying all the products on top, put a piece of butter or a spoonful of ghee. It is advisable to cook fatty meat with a lot of vegetables, and for a more tasty and juicy dish, it can be lightly fried in a small amount of vegetable oil.
  • Despite the fact that the vegetables will secrete their juice, it is necessary to additionally pour broth or water into the pots to half the capacity. The broth can be made with commercially available bouillon cubes. Various spices are added to them, which give the dish an attractiveness.
  • You should never forget about seasonings and spices. Even the most sophisticated foods cooked without spices will taste bland. Pepper mixes, dry herbs, and roots (parsley, cilantro, coriander) work very well. All herbs can be purchased at any grocery store.

  • Allspice peas - 12 pcs.
  • Bay leaf - 6 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper mixture - to taste

Cooking pork baked in pots with cheese

1. Wash the pork, dry and cut into medium sized pieces. Many housewives put chopped meat in pots raw. However, I prefer to pre-fry it until half cooked in a little vegetable oil with salt and pepper. Whether or not to fry meat is up to you, based on your taste preferences and family members. In addition, you can cook not only pork, but almost any meat. For example, beef, veal or chicken, and you can even put a leg with a bone in a pot.

2. Place meat (fried or raw) in a pot and top with peeled and diced potatoes.

3. Then put a layer of zucchini, which you also wash and cut. In addition, if you cook this dish in late autumn, when the vegetables are already old, then the zucchini will still need to be peeled and seeds removed.

I also want to note that potatoes and zucchini, like meat, can be placed raw or fried.

4. Season everything with salt and pepper, add peppercorns and bay leaves, and put tomatoes cut into rings (half rings).
