Pork with vegetables baked in clay pots is one of the most favorite dishes in many families, incl. and in mine. Everyone is happy to prepare dishes in pots. It is simple and quick, while always satisfying and tasty. If you don't like pork, you can use beef, veal, or poultry instead. I also want to note that dishes prepared in this way retain all the nutrients. Also, if you want to get a more dietary meal, then you can skip frying the products and put them in a pot right away. Then the food will be cooked in its own juice and the meal is suitable for those who follow a diet.
Also, the privilege of pots is that you can cook different dishes at the same time to the taste of each eater. In addition, it is very convenient to prepare portioned pots for the festive table and put a hot dish for each guest. Then you will immediately cook both the meat and the side dish, which will take much less time when preparing the ingredients. It turns out the dish prepared in this way is very tasty: the meat is soft, the vegetables are juicy. This cooking process turns the food juicy and tender.

Ingredients:
- Pork - 1 kg
- Potatoes - 12 pcs. (2 potatoes per serving)
- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 6 cloves (1 clove in each serving)
- Mayonnaise - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/3 tsp each. in each portion or to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Ground black pepper - a small pinch
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Any spices and spices to taste
Cooking pork with vegetables in pots
1. Peel the meat from the film, remove fat and veins. Rinse under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel the onion, rinse and chop in half rings.
2. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Cut clean zucchini into large pieces. Since the zucchini is cooked faster than other products, and all the ingredients are laid at the same time, it must be chopped larger so that it does not turn into mashed potatoes. Also, if you are using ripe fruits, then peel them first and remove large seeds.
3. Place the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat. Place the meat and set the heat to high. Fry the meat pieces in high heat until they become golden brown, which will seal the juice in them.
4. Add the onions and courgettes to the skillet.
5. Reduce the temperature and fry the food until half cooked. they will reach a soft state in the oven.
6. Arrange the fried foods in the pots.
7. Peel the potatoes, rinse, cut into cubes and add to the pots.
8. Pour mayonnaise into the pots, season the food with salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
9. Pour in 50 ml of drinking water, close the pot with a lid and send to the oven. Turn on the heating at 200 ° C and cook the food for 30-40 minutes. You need to put the pots only in a cold oven, because the ceramics may crack from the foregoing temperatures.
