Cooking cauliflower with baked pork under a cheese crust
1. Wash the cabbage and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off the inflorescences and place them in the pot. Fill with cold water and leave for 5 minutes so that living creatures, if any, come out of the buds. Then change the water and blanch the cabbage for 3-5 minutes in boiling water over low heat.
2. Choose a baking dish, brush it with a thin layer of vegetable oil and lay out the lightly boiled cabbage.
3. Peel the pork from the film, wash, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin slices. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
4. Spread the meat with garlic on top of the cabbage in any order. Season with some salt and pepper.
5. Beat eggs into a deep mold and whisk them with a whisk, beating until fluffy is not necessary.
6. Pour milk into the eggs, season with salt and stir again.
7. Add chopped basil and all sorts of spices to taste, such as suneli hops, Italian herbs, ground nutmeg, ground sweet paprika, etc.
8. Pour the cabbage with milk and egg liquid.
9. Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater and sprinkle on the food.
10. Send the food to be baked into the oven for half an hour at 200 ° C. Bake the food for 20 minutes with the lid closed or under food foil, then remove them to brown the food.
11. Serve the finished dish warm. When serving, pour it with any sauce, sour cream or mustard will be an excellent companion. You can use it yourself as a side dish, or additionally boil mashed potatoes or chop a fresh vegetable salad.
