Stuffed eggs with any filling very often accompany any festive meal. And not only at the big family dinner table. Such an appetizer will be relevant at a working corporate buffet table, in nature during a picnic and at a gala event. This is a very convenient dish that does not require cutlery. In addition, it is very appetizing, satisfying and tasty.
Crab filling for stuffing eggs can include any additional products, such as egg whites or yolks, processed cheese, hard or sausage cheese, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers or bell peppers, Korean carrots or Chinese cabbage, young green onions or shallots, cottage cheese or any fresh herbs. In principle, this list is endless, since crab sticks are combined with many products. In this review, from a huge list, I decided to add processed cheese. The filling is tender and creamy.
For a family dinner, this dish can be served as usual. But for the holiday, the snack will still need to be decorated. For example, canned peas, corn, olives, red caviar, thin slices of salmon or greens will serve well for this purpose. You can also arrange stuffed egg halves in the form of boats or sailboats. To do this, a thin slice of cucumber or a slice of cheese strung on a skewer is vertically placed in the middle of a stuffed egg. Such a snack allows each housewife to use unlimited possibilities for imagination and creating culinary masterpieces.

Step-by-step recipe for making stuffed eggs with crab sticks:
1. Wash the eggs, put them in a saucepan, cover with drinking water and boil for 8 minutes after boiling. Then transfer them to ice cold water, which is changed several times. This will allow them to be quickly peeled off so that the protein stays smooth and beautiful. When the eggs are cold, peel and blot with a paper towel.
2. Cut the eggs lengthwise into two halves and remove the yolk from each white.
3. Remember yolks with a fork until smooth and add finely chopped processed cheese. If it is hard to rub, then pre-soak it in the freezer for about 15 minutes so that it freezes slightly, then it will be easy to cut.
4. Also cut the crab sticks into small cubes and add to the filling.
5. Pour in some mayonnaise, but be careful not to overdo it. Better if it is not enough, then add. Otherwise, if the filling turns out to be liquid, then it will flow out of the protein mold.
6. Stir the food well to distribute it evenly. Taste it and add salt as needed. However, it may not be necessary because cheese salt and crab sticks will suffice.
7. Stuff the eggs with the filling, decorating it with a beautiful slide. If the snack will not be served immediately, then cover it with a plastic bag so that it does not weather, and put it in the refrigerator. And before serving, decorate the appetizer with herbs or other brightly colored foods at hand.
