Summer cannot pass without delicious cold soup. We offer a recipe for making okroshka on whey with step by step photos.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Meat (pork) - 250 g
- Chicken ham - 250 g
- Cucumbers - 3 pcs.
- Serum - 1.5 l
- Sour cream (mayonnaise) - 200 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
- Salt - 1.5 tsp
- Dill greens - a small bunch
Serum window preparation:
1. Boil meat, eggs and potatoes until tender.
2. We take out the yolks from the eggs.
3. Knead the yolks well with salt and finely chopped dill.
4. Cut meat, potatoes, egg whites, ham, cucumbers into small cubes.
5. Pour the whey into a separate container, adding sour cream (mayonnaise) and the juice of half a lemon. Stir well until smooth.
6. Pour the whey into the chopped vegetables.
7. Mix well.
8. Put in the cold for at least 30 minutes to infuse okroshka.
9. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
