To quickly cook a meal, literally in 10 minutes, you need to have a homemade soup dressing on hand. There are many recipes for its preparation, and I will share one of these with you today. Such seasonings will delight all housewives in winter cold times. You can use them in first courses, for cooking meat, fish, vegetables, side dishes … Any food with their help will acquire a pleasant summer aroma and a beautiful colorful color. However, when using this seasoning, it should be remembered that you need to salt the dishes only after the dressing has been added, because it already contains a lot of salt.
The seasoning is stored perfectly at room temperature. But you can also keep it in the refrigerator or cellar. The set of vegetables used is completely different in their taste and preference. It is very easy to cook it, because all that is needed is to twist or grate the vegetables. Refueling absolutely does not require any heat treatment. But the aroma from the prepared dish you will definitely get incomparable. The smells will emanate reminiscent of fireworks of naturalness and freshness.

Cooking vegetable dressing for different dishes
1. Peel the onions, wash and dry. Peel sweet peppers from seeds, rinse and dry. Wash the tomatoes. Set up a meat grinder with a medium wire rack and pass these vegetables through it.
2. Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater. To speed up and simplify your work, you can use a food processor.
3. Wash the dill, dry and chop finely.
4. Combine all vegetables in one deep bowl and add salt. Optionally, you can expand the range of vegetables by adding sorrel, parsley, beets, etc.
5. Stir the vegetables well and let stand for 2-3 hours to completely dissolve the salt.
6. Then pack the dressing into cans, seal them with lids and store in a convenient place. The container for this workpiece can not be sterilized, but simply washed with hot water and soda and dried well.
