Ingredients:
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Apple - 2 pcs.
- Orange - 1 pc.
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Honey - 2-3 tablespoons or to taste
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp without slide
- Coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons
Cooking pumpkin with apples
1. Peel the pumpkin, wash it under running water, wipe it off with a cotton napkin and cut into 2 cm cubes with sides.
2. Wash the apple, remove the core with a special knife and cut into cubes the same size as the pumpkin.
3. Peel the walnuts and chop them into medium pieces with a sharp knife. If desired, you can fry them a little more in a pan.
