Among other things, such recipes can be adopted if children do not like to eat cottage cheese on their own. Today I will tell you a recipe for a delicious dessert - airy curd cream. I am sure that your kids will definitely like it.
The main secret of a successfully prepared curd cream is fresh curd, which must be thoroughly rubbed through a sieve or beaten with a blender. Since it is important that there is not a single lump in the curd cream. Then it will turn out to be lush and uniform. Knowing this recipe, you can always make holiday desserts and cakes quickly.
If you want to serve the cream yourself, then to improve the taste of the treat, you can combine it with a variety of fruits (bananas, apples, pears, kiwi, tangerines) and berries (strawberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries and blackberries). They can be cut into pieces and put on top of the dessert, then the delicacy will be both tasty and beautiful. Also, the berries can be chopped with a blender and combined with cream into a single mass. Candied fruits, nuts, raisins and vanilla can also be added to the curd cream.

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 50 g
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons or to taste
- Strawberries - 15 berries or to taste
Preparation of airy curd cream with strawberries
1. You will need a blender or food processor to make the cream. If there are no such kitchen helpers, then you will have to use a mixer with a sieve. So, put softened butter and sugar in a food processor.
2. Whisk the butter until white. This process can still be done with a mixer.
3. Add cream to the butter and beat well again. You can replace the cream with fatty homemade sour cream.
4. Now add the curd, which should be medium fat. If it is too watery, then remove the serum from it. Hang it in cheesecloth or put it in a sieve and leave for 2-3 hours. If the cottage cheese is very dry, then increase the amount of cream.
5. Beat the curd until smooth, until all grains and grains are broken. If you use a mixer, then wipe the cottage cheese a couple of times through a sieve or twist it through a meat grinder, and then add to the butter mass and beat with a mixer.
6. Wash the strawberries and remove the tails. You can leave the berries whole, cut into pieces or grind with a blender - it's a matter of taste.
7. The curd cream is ready to use. Saturate the cakes with it, cook pies, or simply put them in a beautiful plate and serve, garnished with strawberry slices.
