Cooking curd mass with candied fruits
1. Place the soft butter in a food processor, into which place the “cutter knife” attachment.
2. Whisk the butter until white and add sour cream and sugar to it. If your cottage cheese is dry, then the amount of sour cream can be increased, and if, on the contrary, is too fat, then do not put it at all.
3. Whisk the food until smooth.
4. Add the curd to the food processor.
5. Beat the curd for about 3-5 minutes until smooth and smooth. The mass should not contain any grains, it should be very tender.
6. Put the mass in any container, add candied fruits to it and mix well.
7. Send the curd mass to cool in the refrigerator, after which it will be ready for use. By the way, from such a cheese mass you can make cheese cakes, casseroles, lazy dumplings and other desserts.
