Cooking canapes with exotic fruits
1. Wash the pitahaya and pat dry with a paper towel. Divide in half and cut into half rings about 1, 5-2 cm thick. Carefully remove the skin so as not to damage the pulp, which peels off very easily.
2. Cut the pitahaya pulp into cubes, which are strung on skewers.
3. Get on with the mango. Wash the fruit and cut into 3 parts, so that there is a flat thin bone in the middle part.
4. Gently prying with a knife, remove the skin from the mango pulp. If the fruit is ripe, then it is removed easily. If it is green, then you will have to peel the peel with a knife, like a potato.
5. Cut the mango into equal sized pieces and place it on the skewer on top of the pitahaya.
6. Peel kiwi, I'm sure everyone knows how to do it. Cut the pulp into pieces, which are strung on a skewer on top of the mango.
7. Wash the orange, dry it, cut into rings about 1, 5-2 cm thick and cut off the peel with a knife. Cut the orange pulp into cubes, the same size as all the previous ingredients.
8. String the orange on top of the kiwi canapé, and finish with the pitahaya wedges.
