In addition, such pastries also perfectly saturate the body, give energy and strength. But in order to learn how to cook it properly, you need to know some secrets.
- The main component of cookies is cottage cheese of any fat content. It is not recommended to use granulated cottage cheese, because the grains will not allow you to knead soft and elastic dough.
- Do not use sour cottage cheese, it is not suitable for cookies, because the characteristic sourness will not be removed even with sugar.
- If the amount of cottage cheese dominates the dough, the biscuits will be more crumbly and crunchy. If more flour is present, the baked goods will turn out to be slightly drier and harder.
- If you want to get more fluffy cottage cheese cookies, then rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
- Add different confectionery spices to make the cookies special: cinnamon, coconut, nutmeg, crushed nuts, poppy seeds, chocolate chips, vanillin, citrus zest. You can also tint the dough a little with food coloring. Colored cookies are sure to be a hit.
