Let's start by making curd cream. To do this, combine sour cream with cottage cheese. It is better to take fatty cottage cheese or even curd mass - the cream will come out more tenderly from such products. Sour cream 20-25% fat will do. To make the cream smooth and soft, first beat the curd with an immersion blender for a few minutes or grind through a metal sieve.
Add granulated sugar or the same amount of powdered sugar to the curd mass and beat until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.
Dissolve gelatin in 100 ml of boiling water in advance. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes to open. If you are running out of time, microwave the cup of gelatin for 1–2 minutes. Pour the fully dissolved gelatin into the curd mass. Stir in the cream.
In a baking dish, start collecting the curd cake. Lay out a layer of cookies, then fill it with a layer of curd cream, about 1 centimeter thick. We repeat until the form is filled in and the cream runs out. We tighten the cake pan without baking with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, or better for the whole night.
Carefully turn the completely frozen curd cake onto a serving platter.
