1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance and leave at room temperature to get a soft consistency. After 80 g of butter, beat until white. You can use a blender or mixer for this. 2. Add the curd to the whipped butter. If you use a mixer, then it is advisable to first wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve so that there are no lumps in it.
3. Whisk the cottage cheese with butter and add sugar, which you can replace with honey.
4. And again, beat everything for a very long time to make the curd look like a delicate butter cream.
5. Now prepare the chocolate base. To do this, whisk together 100 g of softened butter, sugar and cocoa powder.
6. Put the chocolate-butter mass in an even layer, about 3 × 5 mm thick, on parchment for baking.
