- Instant oatmeal - 100 g

How to make a melon smoothie step by step
1. Pour yogurt into a blender bowl. If you have a manual blender, then pour the food into any convenient deep container.
2. Add ice cream to the yogurt.
3. Pour the oatmeal into a deep bowl and steam with boiling water. Close the lid and leave to swell for 5 minutes. When they have absorbed all the moisture, send them to the food blender.
