- Carnation - 2 buds
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp

Step-by-step preparation of coffee with cinnamon and cloves, recipe with photo:
1. Pour brewed coffee into a Turk. If you have coffee beans, grind them first in a coffee grinder.
2. Next, add ground cinnamon. If you have a cinnamon stick, put it down, and after the coffee has brewed, remove it.
3. Add sugar to taste. But it is advisable not to use it, because due to the sweetness, some of the flavoring properties of the spices will be lost.
4. Place the carnation buds.
5. Fill the coffee with drinking water.
6. Put the turk on low heat and wait for the coffee to boil. A foam will appear on the surface, which will quickly rise. At this moment, you need to have time to remove the Turk from the stove so that the coffee does not escape from it.
7. Leave the coffee in the turk to infuse and brew for 3 minutes.
