Therefore, it is drunk even by those for whom natural coffee is contraindicated.
The choice of drinks based on chicory is already great. And in order to improve and enrich the taste, manufacturers began to produce instant chicory with additives. How to brew chicory in a turk?
1. Put the chicory powder in a turkey.

6. Stir the drink and cook until boiling. At this moment, foam will quickly rise to the surface of the Turks. You need to have time to lift the Turk up or move it aside so that the drink does not run away.
7. After that, make the smallest fire and return the Turk to the stove. Bring the drink to a boil again.
8. Then turn off the heat, cover the turk with a lid and leave the drink to infuse for 3 minutes.

Tip: if you are going on the road, there is chicory on sale in small "sticks". A certain portion has already been measured in them. Then simply pour the contents of the stick into a mug, fill it with hot water and leave to infuse for a few minutes.
