- Asparagus beans - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Basil - a few twigs
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp topless or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Onions - 1 pc.
Step by step cooking asparagus with onions and eggs, recipe with photo:
1. Take young asparagus, in the middle of which there are no peas, and wash it under running cold water.
2. Put it in a saucepan, fill it with drinking water and boil.
3. Season the asparagus with salt and, after boiling, simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
4. Tilt the boiled asparagus on a sieve to drain all the water. Cut off the ends on both sides and cut the beans into 2-3 pieces, depending on the original size.
5. Peel the onions, wash and chop a quarter into rings.
