Ingredients:
- Frozen puff yeast dough - 1 sheet 450 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Milk sausage - 300 g
- Ketchup –2 tbsp. Mustard - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 200 g
Step by step preparation of Marinara pizza with sausage, cheese and tomatoes, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the dough from the package and leave to defrost at room temperature without using a microwave oven.
2. Powder the worktop and rolling pin with flour, and roll the dough sheet to the size of the baking sheet. Place the blank on a baking sheet.
3. Send the dough into a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes, so that it is slightly baked. During this time, it will slightly decrease in size.
4. Apply ketchup with mustard to the workpiece.
5. Spread the ketchup and mustard, stirring them together all over the sheet.
6. Peel the onions and garlic, finely chop and put on the base.
7. Cut the sausage into pieces of any size and place on the dough.
8. Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut into rings and place on a pizza base. This recipe uses frozen tomatoes. You do not need to defrost them, they will thaw during heat treatment.
9. Grate the cheese and sprinkle with all the products.
10. Send the baking sheet of pizza back to the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
11. Cut hot ready-made marinara pizza with sausage, cheese and tomatoes into pieces and serve.
