Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 0, 5 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 1 pc. (large size)
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Sausage - 250 g
- Cheese - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 wedges
- Purchased or homemade dough - 300 g (any)
- Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
Step by step cooking pizza with sausage, cheese, tomatoes and zucchini, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the zucchini, cut into bars and fry in a pan until golden brown. Pre-cut the peel from old fruits and remove the seeds. With ground zucchini, such actions do not need to be carried out, their skin is thin, and the seeds are soft.
2. Roll out the dough into a thin layer about 0.5-0.7 cm thick and place in a baking dish. If it is frozen, then defrost it first.
3. Liberally grease the dough with ketchup and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
4. Cut the sausage into round slices 3-4 mm thick and place on a pizza blank.
5. Arrange the tomatoes, cut into thin half rings, and fried zucchini on top.
6. Sprinkle the food with cheese shavings and send the pizza with sausage, cheese, tomatoes and zucchini in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. If you want the cheese to be stretchy, sprinkle on the pizza 10 minutes before cooking.
