No one can resist such a fragrant orange pie, even those on a diet. The aroma emanating from the oven will undoubtedly bring together all family members in the kitchen. Orange pie not only smells delicious, but also turns out to be amazingly tasty. In addition, it is very simple to prepare it. There are no intricacies in the recipe, so even a novice cook can handle baking. It turns out the pie is very beautiful and slightly orange in color. Immediately, I note that it will not work for lovers of porous and lush baking. It turns out that the product is not tall and dense, but tasty, because what to say - orange!
For cooking, it is desirable that all the ingredients used are at the same temperature - room temperature, so remove them from the refrigerator in advance. The consistency of the dough due to the juice will be slightly liquid, but during the baking process, the cake will have a dense structure. In addition, if you go to make this pie completely lean, then do not lay eggs, but increase the amount of juice or vegetable oil by 100 ml. Also, the pie can be taken as the basis of a simple cake. If you cut it lengthwise, soak it with syrup, grease it with a consonant cream and pour it over with glaze, you get a boring dessert. However, you can safely experiment with these pastries. Please yourself and your family with the most tender orange pie more often.

Cooking Orange Pie
1. Pour flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into the kneading bowl. Stir the loose ingredients.
2. Wash the orange, peel and remove the film from each slice. Place the pulp in a bowl and take a blender.
3. Beat the pulp with a blender until smooth.
4. Place the eggs in a clean, dry bowl.
5. Using a mixer, beat them into a light lemon-colored foam. Then pour in the vegetable oil and continue whisking. You will get a lot like homemade mayonnaise, when the vegetable oil gradually thickens and forms a viscous mass.
6. Put the orange mass into the egg mixture and stir.
7. Pour the liquid components into a bowl of flour.
8. Place the hooks on the mixer and stir the dough, which is then poured into a baking dish. Pre-grease the mold with a thin layer of oil or cover with parchment for baking.
9. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the cake to bake. After 40 minutes, check its readiness with a wooden stick, if it is dry, without sticking dough, remove the product from the frypot. Otherwise, keep in the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Cool the finished cake and remove from the mold. Garnish with powdered sugar or chocolate icing. Serve with a fresh cup of tea or a scoop of ice cream.
