Step by step cooking chocolate almonds, recipe with photo:
1. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl.
2. Melt the chocolate in any convenient way, such as in a microwave oven or steam bath. The main thing is that it becomes soft and does not boil, otherwise it will acquire bitterness, from which it will not be possible to get rid of.
3. Place a serving of almonds in a bowl of melted chocolate. If the nuts are not fried, then pre-pierce them in a clean and dry frying pan, or dry them in the oven.
4. Stir the almonds to glaze each nut.
5. Use a small spoon to remove the glazed almonds from the bowl of chocolate.
6. Spread the chocolate-covered nuts on parchment or baking foil or cling film. The nuts should not touch each other. Leave the almonds in the chocolate at room temperature for 15 minutes, then refrigerate until the chocolate glaze solidifies.
