- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Almonds - 15 pcs.
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
Step-by-step preparation of candies from dried apricots and walnuts with almonds, recipe with photo:
1. Pour the dried apricots in a bowl with cold water and leave for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sulfur dioxide better. Then drain the water and rinse the dried apricots with running cold water so that the sulfur dioxide completely goes into the water. Then be sure to pour boiling water over the dried fruits and dry well with a paper napkin.
2. Remove the walnuts from the shell in a convenient way and dry in a clean and dry frying pan, or on a baking sheet in the oven. Stir the kernels occasionally to brown evenly and brown until golden brown.
