Meanwhile, in many countries of the world they use more various gas stations. Some of them are common and familiar to everyday cuisine, and some belong only to haute cuisine and are prepared for the restaurant menu. But be that as it may, you can diversify a trivial vegetable salad with a delicious sauce. Sometimes it requires quite affordable products. In this recipe, I propose to fill the salad with a delicious and piquant sauce with a new and unusual taste. The ingredients are simple and affordable, you can cook it for future use and keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of days. In addition, it can be diversified with all kinds of additional additives.

  • White cabbage - 300 g
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Radish - 5 pcs.
  • Green onions - bunch
  • Garlic - 2 wedges
  • Processed cheese - 100 g
  • Mustard - 0.5 tsp
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp

Step by step preparation of vegetable salad in a spicy sauce:

1. Wash the white cabbage, pat dry with a paper towel and remove the top leaves, as they are usually dirty. Then chop finely with a sharp knife.
