Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 1, 5 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Radish - 5 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons for refueling
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Grain mustard - 1 tsp
- Crab sticks - 5 pcs.
- Green onions - bunch
Step by step cooking vegetable salad with crab sticks, recipe with photo:
1. Wash green onions under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut the feathers into thin strips.
2. Wash the radishes and dry them with a napkin. Cut off the stem and cut into thin quarter rings.
3. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin quarter rings.
4. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
5. Defrost crab sticks at room temperature without using a microwave oven. Remove the wrapping from them and cut into strips or cubes.
