Chicken fillet envelopes are very popular in our country. There are hundreds of ways to prepare them. If you change the filling every time, you can always get new dishes. In addition, such envelopes can be prepared in advance, and half an hour before serving, they can be heated in the oven for 30 minutes or heated in a microwave oven. And contrary to popular belief, such envelopes come out very juicy and tender.
Envelopes are prepared in the main one from chopped chicken meat, sometimes it is marinated. It is noteworthy in this dish that it is prepared from chicken fillet meat, which has a light and dietary taste. It looks very appetizing. Well, what kind of chicken envelopes are delicious and nutritious, I think it's not worth talking about. And how original they are. Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Cheese - 10 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mayonnaise - 30 ml
- Salt - 1/3 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Ground nutmeg - pinch
- Hmeli-suneli - a pinch
Cooking chicken fillet envelopes with tomato and cheese
1. Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut it in half lengthwise and beat off with a kitchen hammer on both sides.
2. Place the broken breasts on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, nutmeg and suneli hops.
3. Peel, rinse and chop onions and garlic. Place them on one half of the chicken fillet, because the second part of the meat will cover the products.
4. Wash the tomatoes, wipe with a paper towel, cut into rings about 5 mm thick and place on top of the onion fillets.
5. Grate cheese and sprinkle tomatoes.
6. Cover the food with the other half of the meat. Sprinkle it on top with spices and pour mayonnaise.
7. Heat the oven to 180 ° С and send the fillets to bake for 30 minutes. Do not overdo it for longer, otherwise it will become dry.
8. Serve the finished meal hot. For a side dish, you can serve any boiled porridge, mashed potatoes or spaghetti.
