- Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp l.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l.

Prepare batter sauce immediately. In a bowl, combine egg, flour and tomato sauce. Whisk with a fork until smooth. We took homemade ketchup for the sauce, the recipe of which we have already shared with you. You can use ketchup or tomato paste. Add your favorite spices to the sauce.
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Salt it and add garlic, passed through a press, to it.
