- Walnuts - 8-10 pcs.
- Dark chocolate - 100 g
Step by step preparation of pomegranate with walnuts in chocolate, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the pomegranate and dry it with a paper towel. Peel it and remove the grains in any way convenient for you so that they do not burst. 2. Peel the walnuts and remove the kernels. Dry them in a clean, dry skillet, if desired, to enrich their flavor and aroma.
3. Detail the nuts in smaller pieces using a knife or rolling pin.
4. Break the chocolate into slices and place in a deep container.
5. In a water bath or microwave, melt the chocolate until soft. At the same time, make sure that it does not boil, otherwise it will acquire bitterness, from which it will be impossible to get rid of.
6. Add pomegranate seeds to melted chocolate.
7. Place the walnuts next.
8. Stir until the pomegranate seeds and nut pieces are covered with chocolate.
9. Divide the mixture into silicone tins for candy or muffins. Send them to the refrigerator for half an hour to freeze the chocolate. Remove the finished pomegranate with walnuts in chocolate from the molds and serve to the dessert table.
