But before I tell you the recipe, I want to dwell on the beneficial properties of sweetness. It turns out that many favorite sunflower seeds contain a lot of vitamin E, B and D groups, and magnesium. They are considered an excellent prophylactic agent for diseases of the cardiovascular system. Seeds help with liver and biliary tract diseases, and also reduce the risk of cancer. 2. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown. In this case, do not forget to stir regularly, because seeds without husks are fried much faster and can burn, which will spoil the taste of halva.

3. Pour the bran into another dry skillet. You can use any of them: rye, linseed, oat, etc. In addition, if you do not have this product or for medical reasons you cannot use it, then you can exclude bran from the recipe. In this case, simply for the given amount of ingredients, increase the volume of sunflower by 50 g.

4. Roast the bran over medium heat until light golden brown. Stir them constantly and make sure that they do not burn.
