Such an unusual salad is perfect on a hot weekday and will become a wonderful aesthetic decoration of a festive feast. In addition, it is prepared in literally a matter of minutes.

- Strawberry - 5 berries
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cheese - 20 g
- Figs - 3 berries
Step-by-step preparation of a salad of strawberries, figs and cheese, a recipe with a photo:
1. Choose a dense and firm strawberry for a salad so that the berries keep their shape well. Moreover, it should be ripe, juicy and aromatic. Wash the selected berries under running water and dry with a paper towel. Remove the stem and cut the berries into slices about 3 mm thick. Place half of the strawberries on a serving salad plate.
2. Also take figs ripe, but moderately dense, so that the sliced berries keep their shape. Wash it well under running water, cut off the tails and cut into rings or slices. Place half of the fruit on a serving plate with the strawberries.
3. Cut the cheese into thin slices or strips and add to the strawberries and figs.
4. Add the remaining fruit to the food and pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice over the strawberry, fig and cheese salad. You can add any oil or apple cider vinegar. Serve the finished meal to the table immediately after preparation, since it is not customary to prepare such a salad for the future. The fruit will become chapped, drip, and the dish will lose its bright appearance.
