- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable or olive oil - 2 tablespoons

- Cumin - 0.5 tsp
- Dry wine - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

1. Select a deep container that will hold all the eggplants and pour the soy sauce into it.
