Ingredients:
- Sweet bell pepper - 0.5 pcs.
- Cheese - 50 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Greens (any) - several branches
Step-by-step cooking of scrambled eggs with cheese in pepper in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Cut the cheese into cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Wash the greens, dry with a paper towel and finely chop.
2. Wash the bell peppers and dry with a paper towel. Cut the fruit in half along with the tail. Remove the inside of the seed box and cut off the septa. Do not remove the tail, i.e. if you remove it, the pepper will disintegrate during baking and change its shape.
3. Place half of the prepared pepper in a baking dish and add slices of sliced cheese to the center.
4. Place the chopped greens next to the cheese.
