Ribs are undoubtedly the best option not only for your daily diet, but also for a hot festive table. Due to their excellent taste, they come out fragrant and tasty with any method of preparation. The most successful way to cook them is the oven, where they can be baked, either chopped or whole. Today I propose to cook them exactly according to the last option, since a whole layer of baked ribs comes out more juicy and much wetter. In this form, ribs are a delicacy, where each bone is surrounded by soft meat streaked with juicy fat.
In addition, if the product is also pre-marinated, then the meat will be saturated with juices, taste and aromas, which will make it even more piquant. The best way would be to bake meat in an oven, but in the absence of one, we use an oven, where the ribs should simmer at a low temperature for a couple of hours. Thanks to such a long heat treatment, the meat is slowly baked and turns out to be very tender and soft.
You can serve ribs with any side dish - boiled potatoes, spaghetti, crumbly rice, or just with a vegetable salad. But this dish will be especially appreciated by real gourmets, lovers of frothy beer or light wine, with which ribs are combined no less spicy and tasty.

Cooking baked pork ribs in the oven in a spicy marinade
1. Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix the following foods in a bowl: finely chopped garlic cloves, dried basil sprigs, mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, nutmeg, ginger powder, salt and pepper.
2. Stir the marinade well.
3. Wash the ribs under running water, wipe dry with a paper towel and make several punctures with a sharp knife. This will help the meat to marinate better inside. Pour the ribs on both sides with the sauce and rub well with your hands so that the marinade penetrates deep into the fibers.
4. Wrap the ribs with a baking sleeve or foil and marinate for 1 hour, or longer. However, in this case, send them to the refrigerator.
5. After this time, without removing the meat from the sleeve, place it on a baking sheet and send it to bake in a heated oven for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 200 degrees. Serve the finished ribs immediately.
