The baked goods are no less tasty and very satisfying. One or two pancake boats will be enough to eat your fill. Therefore, such lazy Adjarian pies can be consumed as a full-fledged second course without additions.

Step by step cooking pancakes with cheese and egg (lazy Adjarian khachapuri), recipe with photo:
1. To prepare lazy Adjarian khachapuri, bake pancakes according to your favorite recipe. Combine the finished pancake in the form of a "boat" and fasten with toothpicks from two edges so that it keeps its shape well. If the pancakes are cold or cold from the refrigerator, then first heat them in the microwave to make them soft. Otherwise, when the "boat" is formed, they will break.
2. Grate the cheese and place in the middle of the pancake. Add Caucasian spices and herbs if desired.
3. Gently break the egg and pour the contents into the pancakes on top of the cheese. Season it with a pinch of salt.
4. Grease the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and lay out the pancakes with cheese and eggs.
5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook Adjarian khachapuri for 3-5 minutes until the protein coagulates. In this case, the yolk should remain creamy, soft and liquid.
