And if you don't have apricots, replace them with any other fruits: cherries, black or red currants, blueberries, plums … Any jam and jam will do, the main thing is that they are not very liquid, otherwise the pie filling will leak out. 1. Place the slicer attachment in the bowl of the food processor and pour in the raw eggs.

2. Stir the eggs until smooth.
