- Cream 34% - 200 g

Step-by-step preparation of pancake cake with curd cream
1. To prepare a pancake cake with curd cream, you can take cottage cheese of any fat content. The higher it is, the more nutritious and high-calorie the finished pancake cake will turn out. If the product has large grains, then it must be rubbed through a fine sieve to achieve a delicate consistency. Then add powdered sugar and strawberry puree to it. Mix everything thoroughly.
