Step by step preparation of banana muffins with cocoa and nuts
1. Break the eggs, separate the whites, put the yolks in a bowl, add the peeled banana and softened butter.
2. We interrupt all components with an immersion blender. If you don't have a blender, first carefully remember the bananas with a fork, mash them, and then mash them thoroughly with two other foods.
3. Add dry ingredients: cocoa powder, sugar, flour mixed with baking powder.
4. Separately beat the cooled egg whites into a strong foam. Having a mixer will help a lot: in 10 minutes at high speeds, you will achieve the desired result. If there is no mixer, you can use a whisk, in which case this process will take longer.
5. Put the whipped mass into the chocolate dough and stir in the proteins with a spatula or false soft movements from bottom to top. We do this carefully so that the squirrels do not fall off.
6. Chocolate dough for banana muffins should be light, airy, oxygenated. Finely chop the walnut kernels with a knife and pour into the dough.
7. Fill the muffin tins about two thirds of the way, leaving room for it to rise. We bake muffins at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
