In such cases, the delicate and airy taste of egg omelet will help out, which will quickly satisfy the feeling of hunger. In addition, almost all recipes are affordable for everyone.
There are over a hundred options for making an omelet. It has been prepared in many countries of the world for several thousand years. Make omelets in a frying pan, then they will turn out with a golden brown crust. But more healthy and less high-calorie omelets will be obtained in the oven, double boiler or microwave. Today we will cook an omelet in the microwave with sausage, cheese and pepper. If desired, the set of omelet filling can be supplemented with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, bacon, ham, capers, mushrooms and other components of your choice, taste and availability in the refrigerator. For cooking, you will need a glass or ceramic mug / bowl or any utensil that can be placed in the microwave. Do not use metal dishes or gilded plates. This is prohibited by the instructions for the microwave - otherwise the microwave will fail.

- Milk sausage - 50 g
- Parsley greens - a few sprigs
- Sweet red pepper - 50 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Cheese - 50 g
- Salt - a pinch
Step-by-step cooking of an omelet in the microwave with sausage, cheese and pepper, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash the sweet red pepper, dry it with a paper towel, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into small cubes and place them in a container in which you will cook the omelet in the oven.
2. Cut the sausage into pieces like a pepper and add to the bowl with the pepper.
3. Wash the parsley, dry it, chop it and add to the food.
4. Cut the cheese into cubes and send to the food in a bowl.
5. Stir the filling products until they are evenly distributed. Pour the eggs into another container, salt and mix with a fork.
6. Pour the vegetable mixture with the egg mixture and stir. To make the scrambled eggs airy and tender, cover the dish with a lid or a regular ceramic plate while cooking. This will increase the effect of the steamed dish.
7. Send the omelet with sausage, cheese and pepper to the microwave and cook at 850 kW for 3-4 minutes. Serve the finished dish hot, freshly prepared.
