Today we offer you to replenish the piggy bank of such recipes with zucchini casserole with chicken. It comes out juicy, nourishing and low-calorie, so it can be eaten by ladies for dinner.
What do we need for a casserole? Zucchini or zucchini. This vegetable grows on every garden plot and is sold on every corner. By the way, we advise you to try zucchini in batter. Next comes the chicken fillet, it can be replaced with minced chicken. You can supplement the casserole with tomatoes, herbs, garlic. Cheese and sour cream are optional ingredients, but they are much tastier with them.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Cheese - 50 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Onions - 1/2 pc.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greens
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
Step-by-step cooking of chicken zucchini casserole
Grate the zucchini for casseroles on a coarse grater and salt. Leave for 10 minutes, placing the mixture on a sieve or colander. After 10 minutes, squeeze out the courgette juice. If you do not squeeze it, the casserole will not grab.
Cut the chicken fillet into as small pieces as possible or pass through a meat grinder. Finely chop the greens (parsley, dill, cilantro). Peel the onion and cut into cubes. If you decide to add green onions, then do not use onions. Pass the garlic through a press.
Now we combine zucchini, meat, herbs, onions and garlic, do not forget about the egg.
Add spices to taste, flour and mix.
We put the mass in a baking dish, having previously greased it with butter.
We bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, take it out of the oven, grease with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. We send it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
