Today we invite you to prepare a light dietary pumpkin and apples dessert. Season the mousse with natural yogurt, that is, without additives and sugar.

Ingredients:
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Apples - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l. (optional)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Cinnamon - 1/3 tsp (optional)
- Natural yogurt - 120 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.

Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes. Weight in ingredients is based on already peeled pumpkin. Peel the apples and remove the core. Put the apples and pumpkin in an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle the pumpkin and apples with lemon juice. You can use ready-made lemon juice or freshly squeezed. Sprinkle food with vegetable oil as well. Olive oil works best.
Cover the form with foil matte side up. We send the form to the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The pumpkin should be soft.
Put the pumpkin and apples into the mixer bowl. Add yogurt. If you like spice, add a pinch of nutmeg and 1/3 tsp. ground cinnamon.
We break through the mass with an immersion blender. We spread the mashed potatoes on the bowls and send them to the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to cool the mousse.
