Most people are very fond of sweets. Every housewife has her favorite dessert recipes, but sometimes I want to try something new. Baking a cake is, of course, delicious, but it takes more than one hour to cook it. Therefore, I propose a recipe for an appetizing cake without baking, which is very easy to make. You don't even have to turn on the oven and knead the dough! Instant gelatin will help to make dessert much faster and in a minimum amount of time and effort.
All you need to make this cake are the necessary ingredients and a split cake pan. The product consists of three parts. The base is shortbread cookies with butter and sour cream, the second layer is curd-sour cream soufflé, the final layer is cherry in jelly. Although the world of berries is so huge that you can use other products instead of cherries. When preparing such a cake, you do not need to worry that the cake will not rise, burn or soak. Jelly cake is very easy to make and is perfect for novice cooks.

Ingredients:
- Cookies - 200 g
- Sugar - 150 g or to taste
- Cherries - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Gelatin - 45 g
- Sour cream - 300 ml
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
Step-by-step recipe for making a jelly cake without baking:
1. Break the cookies into pieces and place them in a food processor. In which install the "cutting knife" attachment.
2. Beat the cookies until crumbly. You can also do this with a fine grinder grill or place the cookies in a bag and beat with a rolling pin.
3. Cut the butter into slices and place in a deep bowl.
4. Melt butter in a microwave or water bath. Do not bring it to a boil, you just need it to melt.
5. Pour butter and 50 ml sour cream into a food processor over the cookie crumbs.
6. Stir the cookies to form a viscous mass. Cover a baking dish with split sides with cling film and line the dough in an even layer. Tamp it well. Refrigerate while you work with other foods.
7. Place the curd in a food processor.
8. Beat it at high speed until smooth and smooth. If you don't have a food processor, grind it twice through a fine sieve.
9. Pour the sour cream into a deep container, add sugar and beat with a mixer at high speed until a fluffy mass is formed.
10. Boil the gelatin in 50 ml of water, following the instructions on the package. Stir and leave to dissolve completely.
11. In a food processor to the curd, transfer the whipped sour cream and pour in the dissolved gelatin.
12. Stir the food and pour the second layer into the mold. Level it evenly and send it to cool in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely. This process will take you about 1 hour.
13. During this time, prepare the cherry syrup. Place the cherries in a saucepan and add sugar.
14. Pour about 150 ml of drinking water and boil for 10-15 minutes.
15. Remove the cherries from the syrup, if they are pitted, remove them, and put the berries on the frozen curd jelly.
16. Dissolve the syrup with dissolved gelatin (brew it following the instructions on the package) and pour over the cherries. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for another hour or so for the top layer to solidify. Then you can serve the cake to the dessert table. Alternatively, you can add another contrasting layer, for example green from grapes or kiwi.
