Oven-baked cutlets are a great solution for lazy and busy housewives. Firstly, do not stand at the stove, do not smoke the apartment with smoke, do not monitor the degree of cooking, do not be afraid that the cutlets will burn or remain damp inside. And secondly, burgers in the oven are healthy food. Food prepared in this way is the most recommended for consumption by nutritionists. Fried meat, although tasty, is also harmful. And, thirdly, the cutlets are just as tasty, aromatic and with a crispy crust. All in all, they are a great alternative to fried cutlets. This is a healthy and satisfying food.
You can cook cutlets in this way from any kind of meat: pork, beef, chicken, etc. You can give preference to the kind that you recognize and are a fan. I also note that there is no bread in the products, which is another plus of the dish. By the way, if you are used to breading cutlets, then you can also do this when baking them in the oven. This is also additional and will preserve juiciness in them.

Cooking cutlets in the oven
1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Cut off all the veins, films and pass through a meat grinder with a medium grid. If this is not done, the veins will twist around the meat grinder blade, and the meat will not twist, but gag. Peel and twist the potatoes and onions. If desired, you can grate the vegetables on a fine grater.
2. Add the egg to the minced meat, season it with salt and pepper. If you wish, you can add any spices to taste. Ground nutmeg, chopped greens, grated ginger root are perfect. For piquancy, you can pour a little soy sauce into the minced meat, and for the softness of mayonnaise.
3. Stir the minced meat thoroughly until smooth.
4. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and grease it with vegetable oil. Although if you trust your paper and it is sufficiently oiled in a production way, then you can not do this. Form into oval cutlets, or any other, and place on a baking sheet.
5. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the cutlets to bake for 40 minutes. To prevent them from burning, bake them for the first half hour, covering them with foil, then remove them so that they are browned.
6. Remove the finished cutlets from the baking sheet and put them in a form for storage. Preheat them in the microwave or oven and place on a plate before serving. Boil potatoes for a side dish and chop a fresh vegetable salad.
