This recipe is extremely simple to implement. The dish comes out tender and fragrant. In addition, kidneys are a healthy by-product. They contain many vitamins, improve metabolism, prevent the formation of toxins and irritation of the mucous membranes, and restore strength after physical exertion. In addition, during extinguishing, they retain all the substances necessary for the human body, almost in full. In general, the reputation of this culinary product can hardly be overestimated, because the use of internal animal by-products has always been considered a healthy food for the body.

However, there is also an important point in cooking. As in everything else and in any other recipe, the kidneys require preliminary preparation. They need to be cleaned of ducts and film, and also be sure to soak in water for a couple of hours. After they are processed correctly, the product will lose its specific taste, it will become tasty and tender.

The vegetables that complement the kidney can be very different. I preferred to use green beans and bell peppers. But you can supplement or replace this circle with any other favorite ingredients. For example, cauliflower or white cabbage, tomatoes, onions, or potatoes for satiety.

  • Kidneys - 2-3 pcs.
  • Green beans - 200 g
  • Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Table vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Ground ginger powder - 1/3 tsp
  • Ground nutmeg - 0.5 tsp
  • Ground sweet paprika - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Ground black pepper - pinch or to taste
  • Allspice peas - 4 pcs.
  • Carnation - 2 buds

1. Wash the kidneys under running water, put them in a deep bowl and fill them with drinking water. Leave them on for 2-3 hours. At the same time, change the water every hour.

2. Then wash the offal again, put it in a saucepan, fill it with water and put it on the stove to cook. After boiling, remove the formed foam, boil for 5 minutes and drain the water. Wash the dishes and kidneys, fill again with fresh water and boil for 5 minutes. Repeat the process and cook until tender for about 30 minutes. Their consistency should be soft. You can check this by cutting a knife.

3. Remove the finished offal from the water, wash and cool.

4. Cut it into strips or cubes as you like best.

5. Meanwhile, rinse the beans under running water, place in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for about 15 minutes.

6. Tip the pods onto a sieve to drain the liquid. Cut off the ends and cut the asparagus into 2-3 pieces, depending on the original size.

7. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Put asparagus, kidneys and bell peppers in it. Stir the food and fry it over medium heat for 10 minutes. Since frozen pepper is used in this recipe, I already have it prepared. If you have fresh fruits, then peel them of seeds, partitions and cut into strips.

8. Prepare the dressing. Pour soy sauce, table vinegar, finely chopped garlic cloves into a bowl, add ground paprika, nutmeg, ginger powder, salt and pepper.

nine. Pour the cooked sauce over the food, put the clove buds, allspice with the peas, boil, simmer, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

10. Serve the finished meal immediately after cooking. You can serve mashed potatoes as a side dish. However, in an independent form, the dish will be quite satisfying, since the composition includes beans, which saturates the body for a long time.
