- Cheese cake … 40 g of gelatin should be placed in a saucepan, pour 200 ml of water and let it brew for 10 minutes. After that, it must be melted until completely dissolved over low heat. Half of the resulting liquid is mixed with 500 ml of melogold juice and then cooled in the refrigerator for 3 hours. A glass of biscuit crumbs from cookies is combined with 100 g of chopped almonds, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. vanillin and 70 g of butter. The resulting mass must be placed in a baking container and heat treated for 10 minutes. For the filling, 1 kg of cottage cheese, 1 glass of heavy cream, 1 glass of sugar and the remaining half of the gelatin are whipped in a blender. Jelly from melogold is cut into identical pieces.
