Chocolate-covered cottage cheese sweets - a real delicious cottage cheese dessert. The taste of chilled sweets is somewhat reminiscent of industrial chocolate curds in glaze. But unlike them, homemade products are much tastier and healthier. And every housewife will be sure to use only natural products. Absolutely everyone will like this dessert, especially those who like chocolate and cottage cheese.
This recipe is good in that it allows you to add and replace ingredients, thanks to this you will get sweets with incredible new tastes every time. For example, you can add nuts, cookies, dried fruits, fresh berries, put some jam in the middle of the candy, etc. You can also experiment with the look of the candy, giving it a variety of shapes. The main thing is to have special silicone molds, where it is very convenient to form them, and then remove them from them.
Having prepared such sweets, you will no longer force your kids to eat such a healthy product as cottage cheese. They will ask you for these sweets and will not be able to stop. This classic combination of products will not leave anyone indifferent. I assure you that you will cook these sweets over and over again.

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 200-250 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content - 60 g
Cooking chocolates with cottage cheese:
1. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a deep bowl. Add sliced butter to it.
2. In a steam bath or microwave, melt the butter and chocolate. At the same time, make sure that the food does not boil, otherwise the chocolate will have an unpleasant bitterness that cannot be gotten rid of.
3. Using a silicone pastry brush, stir the chocolate and butter until smooth.
4. Take silicone candy molds and coat them with chocolate icing. Send the mold to the freezer to freeze the chocolate. Then apply another layer of chocolate for strength and return to the freezer.
5. Meanwhile, combine the curd with sugar.
6. Beat the curd with a blender until smooth and smooth. If you do not have a blender, then grind the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, and then mix with the cottage cheese.
7. Fill silicone molds with frozen chocolate with curd mass and send to the freezer to freeze the curd a little.
8. Then apply chocolate icing to the curd, as if sealing it. Send the mold back to the freezer to completely solidify the chocolate. After that, carefully remove the candies from the molds and serve to the dessert table.
