Chocolate sausage made from cocoa cookies is one of the easy and quick recipes for making sweets. This is a classic recipe from the Soviet past. This recipe does not require any special ingredients or cooking skills. Even children can do dessert. All you need is a little time, the simplest products and a refrigerator. For this recipe, everyone will need available products: cookies, milk, butter, cocoa powder and dark chocolate. But you can add variety and other foods to the sweet sausage. Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate - 50 g
- Any cookie - 250 g (preferably shortbread, but biscuit is suitable for a dietary dessert)
- Butter - 50 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons
Step-by-step preparation of sweet sausage from cookies and cocoa:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan.
2. Add butter and cocoa powder to it. If you add sugar, then put it in the milk as well.
3. Put the milk on the stove and bring to a boil. As soon as you see that foam has appeared on the surface, which rises rapidly upward, turn off the heat immediately. Leave the cocoa to cool to room temperature.
4. Meanwhile, break the cookies into pieces and place them in a food processor.
5. Interrupt it to a state of small crumbs. If there is no such device, then twist the cookies through the fine grid of a meat grinder or place them in a bag and beat them with a rolling pin or a hammer.
6. Transfer the cookie crumbs to a deep bowl.
7. Pour in the cooled chocolate milk.
8. Knead the cookies until smooth. Finely grind the chocolate and add to the mass.
9. Knead the dough again to distribute the chocolate evenly.
10. Cut a small piece from a roll of a plastic bag and place a mass on it, which will form in the form of a sausage.
