- White cabbage - 20 g
- Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Milk or doctor's sausage - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
Step by step cooking salad with sausage, cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel, cut into wedges and put in a deep salad bowl.
2. Remove the wrapping film from the sausage, cut into strips and send to the tomatoes.
3. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. they are usually dirty. Wash the head of cabbage, dry it with a paper towel and cut off the required amount. Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
4. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, cut off the ends and cut into thin strips.
5. Peel the bell pepper from the seed box, remove the stalk and inner partitions. Wash the fruit and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut it into strips and add to all foods.
