Stuffed eggs with cheese is actually an egg-cheese salad with garlic, only much more interestingly decorated. The amount of garlic can be adjusted to your liking. And to make the appetizer look beautiful, take large and medium-sized eggs. How else to complement this tandem? In principle, the choice is great. Taking into account the tastes of households and guests, you can add anything you want. For example, the most generous addition is red caviar or a slice of lightly salted red fish. More affordable less products are capelin roe. But it will be no less tasty with herbs, green peas, pieces of meat, etc. Experiment as you see fit and prepare new culinary delights.

- Processed cheese - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by step preparation of stuffed eggs with hard and melted cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
2. Then grate the processed cheese. If it wrinkles in your hands, then pre-soak it in the freezer for about 15 minutes. During this time, it will freeze, become harder and it will be easier to rub.
3. Pre-boil the eggs hard-boiled. To do this, immerse them in cold water and, after boiling, simmer for 8 minutes. Transfer them to ice water, cool, peel and cut lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolk so as not to damage the protein and send them to the cheese filling. And leave the proteins for stuffing.
4. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
5. Pour in mayonnaise and stir. Do not add too much mayonnaise so that the filling is not too liquid, otherwise it will not hold well.
6. Prepare the egg whites and cheese filling.
7. Fill the egg whites with the filling. Spread it out generously in a large heap.
8. Decorate the appetizer with herbs, chill in the refrigerator for about half an hour and serve.
