Children will especially love these pastries: they are very similar to cheese balls or fried cheese. In a word, the minimum of products that you need for this dish is always available in almost any kitchen: flour, eggs, a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. It remains to buy a couple of curd cheeses and in half an hour you will have an appetizing snack on your table. Well, it's time to cook!

Ingredients:
- Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
- Wheat flour - 4 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.

Let's start making cheese dough. Three processed cheese curds on a coarse grater. To make the cheese rub better, you must first put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or, in extreme cases, leave it in the freezer for 20 minutes. When cooled, it will not stick to the metal surface of the grater.
We add eggs and flour combined with baking powder to the grated cheese curds. We take sour cream for this snack not the most liquid: 20-25%.
Mix all the ingredients and get a dough of medium thickness.
We lay out the dough for the snack on the silicone baking tins. There is no need to lubricate the silicone. If you have a metal muffin tin, use paper baking liners. So, you will have each cupcake in a neat papillote. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the snack muffins for 20-23 minutes.
As soon as the sides of the muffins are brown and golden, take out the baked goods.
