Chocolate nutella (nutella) is a chic treat and a great addition to your morning toast. This is the dream of many children, they would eat and eat it instead of any meal. However, behind the beautiful packaging with the image of hazelnuts, there is an industrial product containing a high amount of dyes, stabilizers, preservatives, flavor enhancers and other harmful substances. Therefore, the purchased branded Nutella is not recommended for use by children and people watching over their health. However, this does not mean that you should deny yourself a delicate chocolate delight. You can prepare a store product yourself at home. The chocolate paste will turn out to be identical in taste to the branded one, while it will only consist of healthy and high-quality ingredients.
Homemade nutella pasta can be used for breakfast - spread over bread, toast or pancakes. It is suitable for greasing cakes, impregnating cakes, filling in pancakes, pies, puffs, making desserts and cookies. You can also make hot chocolate from nutella. Homemade pasta will never be too much in the fridge. It should be noted that it is more economical than the store counterpart.

- Milk - 200 ml

- Cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Nuts (hazelnuts, peanuts, walnuts) - optional
Step by step preparation of chocolate nutella (nutella), recipe with photo:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan and place on the stove over medium heat.
2. Add a pinch of salt, sugar and flour to it. Stir until smooth and smooth. It is advisable to sift the flour through a fine sieve so that there are no lumps in the paste. You can adjust the amount of sugar yourself to your liking.
3. Add cocoa powder and stir again until the mixture turns chocolate color. Regarding this component, strictly follow the recipe. Otherwise, if you overdo it with cocoa, then the paste will turn out to be bitter, do not report it - unsaturated.
4. Heat the milk until it boils. As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove the pan from the heat, but continue stirring for another 5 minutes. Then add butter to the hot paste.
5. Stir until the oil is completely dissolved. Leave the mass to cool to room temperature, then transfer to a glass container, close the lid and store in the refrigerator. As it cools, the chocolate nutella will become thick and viscous.
Any nuts peeled from the shell with partitions and pre-fried in a dry frying pan can be added to the finished mass. They can be finely chopped with a coffee grinder, sliced with a knife, or the kernels can be left intact.
